Our aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. As many of our products are made to order, returns or replacements are only possible if an item is faulty or damaged. If this is the case, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please note that some products are made to order and may take a few extra days to arrive if they are not already in stock. Delivery times also vary depending on your location.
We prioritise local craftsmanship and quality, so most of our products are made in the UK. Items not made in the UK are clearly labelled as such in the product description. We carefully select all our manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality products and fair value.
